At Salice Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home hardware purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all screws, mounting plates, and installation guides are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
